Power Pistol is an excellent powder for 9mm. It has provided the top accuracy out of all my loads.
I've found that it does well in the high pressure cartridges that I reload (9mm, 40 S&W, and I occasionally use it in 357 Magnum). It burns clean, and doesn't use itty bitty charges, so the case gets filled up nicely.
I've heard so much about Ramshot Shilouette, so that's next on my list, but it will be hard to out-do Power Pistol. Without getting too off track, I recall working up a load for my CZ-75. I was in the upper end of the charge weight range, and every time I'd pull the trigger, I'd get curious glances from people down the firing line. Eventually, a guy came up and asked, "What the **** are you shooting?!" I guess the muzzle blast and sharp report gave the impression that I was shooting something mightier than a mere 9mm...

Power Pistol is excellent in 9MM. I seldom use it simply because I do most pistol shooting indoors and find the blast and flash a bit distracting. Probably my favorite powder is VV N-330 but it's both expensive and increasingly hard to find. WSF and Silhouette both fill the bill nicely though and I'd be happy using either. Silhouette has near zero flash signature even at, top-end loads. It's a very linear burning powder and though above published maximums, has been used by some to push a 115 grain 9MM bullet to Major PF (1,400 FPS)...one of only a few powders capable of doing so. I find it exceedingly accurate throughout the charge range and tend to use starting to mid-range for most loads. Good stuff...
