Officer: Sir, Can you tell me what happened?
You: No, I need to talk to somebody first.
Officer: You wish to talk to a lawyer?
You: No, I need to talk to my insurance agent.

I was under the impression that most homeowners policies covered you against accidental shooting lawsuits (Criminal is totally different).
