Tricky, Garry; that's a Russian MSP ("malogabaritny spetsialny pistolet", or "compact special pistol"), chambered for an internally-silenced version of the 7.62x39; these use a sliding cup inside the cartridge case to seal all the propellant gas inside the case, but still propel the bullet at a lethal velocity, the same way the US QSPR "tunnel weapon" did.
