Update

So I got the parts and put it together. So far my friend with the range membership to the local rifle range has been busy at work, so I haven't had a chance to test it out, but the bolt goes into battery just fine, and cycles rounds just fine.
I replaced the sights with tech-sights which work fine, and the piston has been replaced with a Krebs Custom piston.

The action is smooth and nice, but the bluing is worn on most of the Galil bolt carrier, so I'll probably get that refinished sometime soon.

My only real complaint right now is with the Tech-Sights dust cover. It is loose, and doesn't completely cover the receiver, allowing dust to get into the action easier.
They also decided to put a little protrusion directly above the selector switch that had to be cut off to allow the bolt to fully cycle to the rear. You can see the circular cut in the picture.

My friends call it the "Galilakov"
