Highlight their text. Right click on the highlight and select "copy". Paste it in your reply box. Highlight it again. Right above the reply box you'll see a quote bubble just to the left of the # sign. Click on that. Now, you'll have the words [Quote] on each side of the statement. Place an equal sign between the "E" and ] on the first quote. Copy and paste the member's name (or type it) between the equal sign and ]. Should literally look like [QUOTE=Tuttle8]. Preview your post and you should have it looking like this:
