I have a S&W .38 Special, with the original box. When the gun was passed to me by my father, I believe it hadn't been shot much if at all, but the cylinder showed some wear just opening and closing.

I've shot a few hundred rounds through it because I like it. Still looks brand new.

Would like to know the year it was made, and the exact model. The ink on the box has faded.
