i have a blue taurus 605 myself. i think it is a great little gun, nice looking, accurate as well, no problems with it. the only drawback for me is it is a handful and the recoil is not enjoyable to me shooting heavy magnum loads. i prefer to shoot 38's thru mine but i love the flexability that i can shoot either caliber thru the same gun. now that is not a knock against taurus i just don't really enjoy shooting full house mags thru such a little gun and that would be true of any make or model of similar size. i do have a slightly larger, heavier rossie 357 snubbie that is more enjoyable to shoot the heavy 357 mags with.
