Which years were the 17-3 K22s made? I don't need to know the exact date of mine because I am sending for a letter from Roy soon. I am hoping that it turns out to be exactly what I think it is and is factory nickeled.

the serial number was on the butt the number is 9d177xx and are they ss because i tried a magnet on it stuck so i didnt know if was a very low grade of ss

Model 10's are carbon steel with either a blue or nickel finish. Model 64's are the same gun in stainless steel.
