Have you tried taking it apart? I bought a cheapo tumbler, had to take it apart and stake the threaded shaft everywhere there was a nut. Once I did that it works great. If it gives any more grief though I'll probably buy a Lyman or RCBS, if I'm working again I will get a Dillon.
