Due to the priming arm on my Orange Crusher finally giving up the ghost, (after 22 years and who knows how many rounds loaded) I decided to go old school and prime some 9mm with my old Lee Loader. Since it was such a beautiful day today, I decided to do it outside. It felt so nice out, I decided to just leave it out
(old joke) and decided to just load the 50 rounds with the loader. I didn't think to officially time myself, but subtracting the time to set up the bullet seater, it took about half an hour to load 50 rounds of 9mm.
The cartridges came out beautifully, as I've posted before the Lee Loader is still a valid tool and really isn't any slower than a single stage press. The advantage is you can use it anywhere you can use a hammer, as I did this afternoon on my back patio. Buster the reloading cat helped and seemed fascinated.
