The PM function is the most effective way to reach a member on TFL. On the upper right hand corner of the TFL window, near the area that says "Welcome, <<insert your name here>>." There's a link you can click on to take you to the PM window. Alternately, you can find a post by the member and click on the username of the person and it will give you the option to send them a message.
