Hey folks,

I have had a Hornady L&L AP since they first came out about 15 years ago, and I have had progressive shotshell presses for many years before that. I have never had a Powder Cop tool to check the charges for my shotshells or my metallic cartridges. I never thought there was a need for one if you set your machine up properly. I don't criticize those who feel they need one, but to me it just is not necessary.
