Ya know; I’m a pretty simple guy and certainly could not be considered even remotely knowledgeable in the field of law. But I can read (yeah, yeah – surprise to some I’m sure
) and when I read this:

I have to wonder how it could possibly be construed to mean anything other than incorporation of the entire BOR.
That aside, I’ve been reading the briefs and find them fascinating.
