My Lyman 48th Edition gives this data for a 120 gr. Linotype w/Bullseye:
Starting load - 2.8 gr. @ 690 fps & 8600 CUP
Max Load - 4.6 gr. @ 1001 fps and 16,400 CUP
+P - 4.9 gr. @ 1045 fps and 18,400 CUP.
