44 amp, good points. For survival, probably nothing beats a few bricks of 22LR, especially for hunting on the farm. One of my hunting books claims that rabbits are still the #1 consumed game in the country. As for ammo lasting for centuries, I wonder if vacuum packing is the way to go?
