You don't need anything to expand the case mouth on bottleneck rifle cases unless you'll be loading lead bullets. The collet die squeezes the neck down on a mandrel which leaves the neck about .001" smaller than the bullet diameter. On my collet die for 270 Win, I had to polish the mandrel to a slightly smaller size before it would give my cases enought neck tension.
