I am a plinker because I dont shoot all the time.
when I go:
I follow the posted range rules
use the authorized targets
dont shoot up the the target frames or the range
courteous to fellow shooters
keep my hands off my firearms when folks are downrange or the line is not clear
dont give an opinion unless asked for one
police up my mess
so dont give all us plinkers bad names
