couple of ideas

Have you cleaned out the hole where the firing pin lives? If not, you could have either grit and dirt or even a sliver of brass in it. If it does, the cure is to chamfer the firing pin hole with a knife edge.

You might also check and make sure the mainspring isn't tired on it, but it should be ok.
