See What's Really There

Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch sduty at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn’t mttaer in waht order the ltteers in a word are, the only ipmoetnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer be at the rghit pclae… The rset can be a tatoll mses and you can sitll raed it.

Have any difficulty reading that? Probably not. The reason is, your mind knew what it was supposed to look like, and superimposed your expectation over the reality. The same thing happens to us as we go through our daily routine.

Beware of only seeing what you expect to see. Look at detail, particularly when you see people you don’t know in your immediate vicinity. Mentally question things, circumstances, or people who look out of place. Don’t superimpose your expectations on reality!
