I can't really see anything inside the chamber that would cause the cases to be scratched. I can easily see the transition point from the chamber to the star, so it may be a bur right below the star. I don't have any problems with unfired cases, just when ejecting after firing.
This is an older revolver and appears to have been used quite a bit before I picked it up. The trigger doesn't seem bad to me. I'm not sure if a trigger job would make it better. Of course, I've never had one done to any of my revolvers though.
