Lunde has the right idea with this.

I love my P7, but it does have some weaknesses -- including a couple that Lunde didn't mention (like a really weak factory bluing).

Working around the weaknesses that different guns have is part of the fun.

Glocks don't float my personal boat, but I am not going to say that they are "crappy". In fact, I think that they are fine weapons -- just not for me.

As far as the P7 being ugly... I think that it is one of the sweetest pistols around. The Glock is a utilitarian tool, i.e. it lacks the curves and refinement of the P7 as far as looks are concerned, IMHO. Oh well, in the eye of the beholder I guess...
