Okay, TFL Software Guru (Caeca Invidia Esv) ... I am experiencing the strangest problem yet!

I'm using IE 5.5. When I refresh a screen here on TFL, the column widths are all scrooowed up. My end? I can leave that screen (page) and come back and they are fine. Everything seems to be working normally other than the page is displayed wierd.

Also, the strange column widths aren't random. The pattern is the same each time. Weird.

No, I am not medicated.:)

I don't think it is a problem on your end or ours. It is a problem on the Microsoft end. Happens to me all the time using many different versions of IE. I think it is a mix of how fast IE loads the page compared to how fast the server can build the page.

I agree, it is very annoying, but unfortunately it isn't fixable as far as I can tell.

Good answer. I should spend more time on getting my Linux system up and running. Note to self ...

All of the forun index pages are wider than my screens, and once in a while a post will go wide within an otherwise normal width thread. Been that way for me since the new TFL setup. Got used to it.

Now THAT would be aggravating.
