A friend and i were looking at slugs and wondering how many 230 grain .45acp rounds it would take to equal the slug.Someone knows!:)

i think i know
thers 16 ounces in a pound right
and 6000 grains in a pound?(thinks that what i have heard)
so 1/16 of 6000 is
=375 :)

There's actually 7000 grains per pound, so 1oz is 437.5 grains.
Erick, now you've got me thinking I'm going to have to cut apart some slug loads and see how far off they are. 40 to 70 grains off?

i read somewhere they were around there and thought 6 thousand-but i guess its 7 thousand :)-thanks for the clearup :)-i was just a FEW grains off ;)
