I have a Harrington & Richardson .22 cal single shot rifle. Details are that it has a hexigon barrel and looks to be some type of non-rusting steel. The rear sight is a knotched v and attached to the barrel as though it was made of a lighter steel and crimped into knotches in the barrel. Pull down lever that attaches to a block where the firing pin is located.

The only markings on it are the name and the state of manufacture which is Connecticut. No serial number or model number.

H&R made a lot of what might be best called "utilitarian" rifles like yours around 1900. They were very inexpensive and not intended to be either durable or of high quality. They had no known model numbers, and no serial numbers as the law then did not require them.

Value is, unfortunately, negligible, and there is very little collector interest except in the rare cases where the rifle is in new condition.
