Well, I've never tried it but..In Jurassic Park the park hunter goes after the V Raptors with a folding stock SPAS (I think that what it was ) He ends up as meat instead of making meat, so I would guess that's a tough hunt ;)

In the northwest, I would have to say Chukar (partridge) just because of their preferred terrain and habits. Ever read Patrick McManus' story on Chukar hunting? He got it about right...
