Hey guys I just picked up a new ruger 10 22 today and love it. I'm looking for a after market bull barrel for around 150. Any suggestions? Also what scope under 100 would you recomend, also what other parts do you guys recomend I buy? There are so many out there

On the 10/22, aftermarket barrels can take a reliable 10/22 and make it very picky on ammo. Unless you plan on competing I would keep the stock one as it's fairly accurate as is.
With that said the stock 10/22 trigger sucks, I would look to that first for upgrades. You can get an upgraded hammer, sear, springs, and trigger for right around $100 and install yourself.
After messing with my 10/22 for many years I finally realized that it was just simpler and more enjoyable in stock form. I've since sold off all the upgrades and returned it back to how it was when I bought it, nearly 15 years ago.

I can't really recommend a specific barrel, because my 10/22 is currently wearing the factory barrel. However, I did try a Butler Creek carbon fiber bull barrel for a while.
It was advertised as having the improved accuracy of a bull barrel without the weight. Also, they made a point of stating that accuracy was not hindered as the barrel heated up.
I found these claims to be totally false. With a variety of ammo, that gun shot worse than it had with the factory barrel, and when the Butler Creek barrel heated up, it sprayed bullets everywhere.
So obviously, I'd recommend avoiding that one.
As for a scope, you might have to explain what you want it for. A scope used for serious target shooting may be different than one used for plinking or hunting. I'm a plinker/hunter and not a target shooter. I use a Simmons shotgun scope (like rimfire scopes, most shotgun scopes have a 50-yard parallax). I chose it because it has a 1.5-5 variable power magnification that I couldn't find among rimfire scopes. I like the low end because it offers a nice field of view when hunting.

I plan on shooting matches in the future but not anytime soon so that can wait but I will look into a new trigger

I'll mirror idek's comments on the Butler Creek carbon barrels. Great for hunting because of the uber lightweight and where few shots are taken.
But for any extened shooting, the groups open up in a hurry.

A good table top gunsmith can mod oem parts and match any aftermarket setup. Bolt and trigger mods are well documented. Check rimfirecentral.com.
OEM barrels well be very accurate with a .070 set back and a modified Bentz chamber reamed.
