I've tried to get an inch or under @100 yards with some I just bought from Wideners and I'm not having any luck. I'm trying 55 gr Noslers, Hornadys. The barrel is a match 223 from WMD Guns. It shoots other loads with different powder and different weight bullets accurately. It's a 1/9 barrel. The most 844 I've used is 25.0 gr w/55 gr Varmegeddon bullet, no signs of pressure.

Before ya go to the reloaders side...
Are you loading to just under magazine length, or as absolutely as long as you can go and still fit in the clip? Loading longer than book is what I think makes my loads with Varget shine, because loading to industry spec just didnt give me the groups I was hoping for.
Also, you might try different primers, different cases, etc. Reloading for above factory accuracy sometimes seems a lot like medievel alchemy, when it comes to finding the magic combinations your rifle likes.
