What is the more accurate round for your AR? 5.56 or .223?

Thanks

So far the M885 62 grain FMJ has been slightly more accurate that anything else I've put through my rifle. With that said, everything that I have put through the rifle has been sub MOA.

So far, the most accurate factory loads have been the Federal GM2232M3 (77gr.), and more recently, the Black Hills MK262 Mod 1 (77gr. OTM) and Stan Chen (ASYM) 75gr. OTM... in both 1:8 twist polygonal 3R and 1:8 twist 5R, both with Wylde chambers.
I've got some 77gr. ASYMs on order, but they are back-ordered for now.

My pof loves 70 grain berger VLDs, lapua brass, and n540. I still have to try some other bullets due to lack of time. It's shooting 1/4 MOA.
