I just purchased a used Sub 2000, paid $279.

I had been searching for them all over the place, could not find one, found a few people online that claimed to have, but always out of stock. Even the company said they were on manufacturing back order, apparently they are popular.

Anyway, was stopping by a little gun shop near home to see if I found one online if they could ship to there and have me pick up, viola, there sat one.

My local gunsmith offered me more than I paid when I brought it in for an inspection!

Hard to lay hands on around here, and it fun as hell to shoot.

Anyone out there have one, and or have any advise on pros cons of accessories, suggestions, etc...

This thing is pretty sweet for a cheap gun to begin with, I would love to make it a personal statement though.

Thanks,
(The Noob)

Hey, welcome Sabre ! I have one that uses Glock 17
magazines. Like it a lot. It is reliable and very compact.
I don't have any extras on mine. This site has some
interesting accessories for the Sub2000::D

Those things are quite cool. I like how quiet they are when they shoot. Seems like they would be cool to throw a suppressor on.

How reliable and durable are they?

It's incredible.

No one seems to own one (hardly), they get good reviews, and yet always out of stock.

I'm on a number of "waiting lists" to find one.

Be careful with the rear takedown pin you'll pop it all the way out by mistake.

Mine has been a solid little 9mm without any issues, even when using cheap promag 20's in it.

I heard they were easier to take down than a Hi Point. How easy are they to maintain? Are the barrels on them real thin?

Wideners has a decent deal on the KCI glock mags. I just ordered some 17 and 33 round mags for my Sub200.

I have one for G17 mags. I put a larger activator knob on it. Great little shooter.

I just ordered the red lion precision front site and compensated (No teeth) adapter.

https://www.redlionprecision.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=R7

And I upgraded all the screws with hex buttons, makes it look less like a water gun.

And I put on the butt extension.

Mounted a quad rail to the fore end and two flashlight mounts, will be holding two cree Q5 when they get here. Will be mounting low profile laser under it to balance it out.

Two 30 round mags, and a 10.

I have to modify the top rail, or find a cap at this weekends show to replace the top, it interferes with closing.

This thing is sweet, looks little cheap because all of the zytel, but it is meant to be light.

Sucker fits in my laptop bag with my laptop in there too ;)
