Hey there, I'm building an AR15 and have decided on most of the parts ACCEPT the lower. I am set on the CMMG upper 18" stainless steel bull barrel but I want to know what lowers someone would recommend with the CMMG upper. I am going with this upper because I am a big fan of stainless steel bull barrels and it is the only one I have found and I have also heard good things about the manufacturer. Back to the question, I have looked at LMT, BCM, and Spikes lowers. Just wondering if someone could shed a little more light on what they might think would work best with my upper that I am planning on purchasing. Also, is there a website anyone suggests for the best prices for AR15 parts? Thanks in advance!

So you have all parts except the stripped lower?
Well a CMMG lower should have the best fit/finish to the same brand upper but really it shouldn't matter that much. LMT and BCM are fine lowers, as is Spikes. And most other milspec lowers, just make sure it's made of 7075 T6 alloy. Honestly, with LMT and BCM I'd rather put something special on them, a cut above CMMG.
PSA has good quality and great prices, check them out.

To echo Quentin, as long as you go with forged, 7075 alloy, you're good to go. You can also go with billet if you're feeling fancy.
I kinda like the Mega lowers... they do both forged (http://megamachineshop.com/armscatalog/007FORGEDLOWER-M0200/loader.html) and billet (http://megamachineshop.com/armscatalog/006BILLETLOWER-GTR-3H/loader.html).
