Turns out, I had a conversation with BigJimP yesterday at the LGS and didn't even know it.
Hilarious.
Glad I was on somewhat good behavior.....

Oh come on now guys.... /... I didn't pass an unusually large amount of gas or anything..../ and yes, Thinkingman was a gentleman...and not a crazed tactical fool ...

I was wearing a Wilson CQB 1911 as a carry gun ....but I don't show that to anyone ...

I did share with thinkingman - a couple of S&W revolvers that I had in cases --- a nice model 27-2 4" Nickel and a model 18 - K 22 Combat Masterpiece in 4" -- that were recent purchases - that I wanted to show my buddy that owns the shop. And while it takes some self control - I managed to leave the shop without any new purchases yesterday....and discussed shotguns with thinkingman - which is always fun - before I went to my local handgun range for some entertainment...:D

He, on the other hand ...was looking intently at some Browning O/U's ...

...and wishing I had that mod 18 in my posession!
I did pickup a helluva deal yesterday which took me into the shop....an Anschutz 164 Sporter with a Leupy M7 3X for 50% of market value, as confirmed by the shop owner.
A few more deals like that (I have a mint 686-3 4inch which cost me $145) and the O/U will be a reality.

My model 18 ...is not for sale my friend.../ I was just talking to Bruce and showing him what I found ....( nothing was for sale .../ and believe me, he tried ! ).
