Anyone have any first hand experience with one of these? What is your honest opinion?

I am more than pleased with my Colt/Umarex:

There was one vendor on Gunboker claiming that the frame itself was "carbon steel," but I think it is alloy. Can you confirm that for me one way or the other with a magnet?

I ordered one last week. I should have it sometime this upcoming week. I love the .22LR round and the 1911 platform, so this should be a real winner for me. Most of the reviews I've read have been favorable too.

It is most certainly not steel...neither the frame nor the slide. It does have some heft though...

Mine has been 100% reliable right out of the box, and is accurate as all get out...

I should have been more patient and waited for the Gold Cup version to be available, with its fully-adjustable sights. I really sucks not have an elevation adjustment on my Rail version.
