I'm trying to make a decision between the Ruger SR9c and CZ 75 PCR.
Striker vs. hammer. Ruger feels great in hand and great trigger but I
feel like the CZ with DA/SA/decocker would be safer. I think they are both
good pistols.

I can't find a CZ locally to compare the grip to the SR9c.
Has anyone handled both?

I've only held both at a gun show, so not much help here.

The Ruger is polymer, the CZ aluminum framed. Personally I'm biased toward CZ just because my 75BD has been an amazing performer, but really it boils down to what you like.

I have fairly large hands and the P01/PCR had my little finger halfway off the mag plate. If yours are smaller you won't have a problem.

I absolutely love my PCR and carry it more than any other in my CCW rotation. I can't comment on the Ruger, but my CZ has been flawless in 11 years of ownership and use. Great range gun too as it is as accurate as my full size 75B.

The CZ's are nice, but all of them seemed pretty thick when I held them. The SR9c is one of the slimmest double stack 9mm on the market. I carry mine IWB every day. It's an excellent and reliable shooter.

Hard choice. It's going to boil down to what fits you best. I suspect the SR9C is probably a bit lighter and thinner.

I have an SR9, with the Ghost trigger installed -- not necessary, it seems, with the new SR9c -- and it's a fine gun. It's arguably the best centerfire semi-auto that Ruger's made to date. I also have a couple of CZs and CZ clones. It's really a very subjective and personal choice. You decide.

This would be a no-brainer for me. The CZ is spectacularly accurate and very robust.

About the only gun I somewhat regret selling was my PCR. Other than the "longish" trigger location, it was a wonderful piece.

PCR all the way for me, but I'm not a fan of polymer. The ruger is a little thinner and still has a good reputation. Get what fits YOU best.

PCR, but I am biased. I love the little PCR, consider it one of the greatest CCW pistols ever built.

I am going to give a vote to the PCR. It is one of the best pistols I have ever had.

Love my PCR. You can get thinner wood grips from CZ custom which is preferred for cc over the rubber grips IMO.

Can't speak for the CZ, but I'm sure its wonderful since all of em I've tried are.

But I do love me my SR9c for carry, light and slim and for a compact it sure is a pleasure to shoot.

Not sure about the decocker and DA/SA is safer than a manual saftey on the Ruger, but as you said, its what makes you comfortable, gotta respect that.

As noted they are "different" and both are fine guns so it boils down to which one "feels" better. I don't have large hands so the SR9c is my choice.

If cost were no issue, I'd take the CZ ...... and carry it cocked and locked, ignoring the crunchenticker mode.......
