The article is written by a painfully liberal reporter who has his eyes opened by Massad Ayoob and LFI.

Thanks for posting the article. I enjoyed reading it. Did the reporter come around? I can't say, but I think he did give Ayoob a fair hearing.

I haven't been to LFI, but I've read Ayoob's books and met him when he was doing one of his speaking engagements. When I met him, I asked him about the criticism he takes from both sides of the gun debate. He told me, more or less, what is stated in the article. Since I consider myself a thinking gunowner, I am in Ayoob's camp. I have no more use for the would-be Rambos than I do for those who would disarm us.
