At a recent gun show I purchased a Leinad .410 double barrel shotgun and some ammo. This isn't the only reason I would never buy another, but here is the problem nonetheless...

The ammo I purchased was Winchester 3 in game loads and some Golden Bear # 4 buck in steel casings. The very first time I loaded the gun I loaded the birdshot in one barrel and the buck in the other to give me a feel for how the two varied. The first 2 rounds I shot fired fine, but I had to literally beat the metal casing out of my new gun. Now the side that had the metal casing will only ding the primers and not actually fire the round. I can deal with the laundry list of problems with the poor design of this gun if I could just get both barrels firing again

As you can see, the Leinad guns do not represent fine
craftsmanship. The guns are not jointed with any degree of
precision.
I have a derringer and I can see daylight between the breech face
and the barrel. While that is normal for a Leinad, it is normally a reason
NOT to buy a SXS.
I wonder if you did not stretch the frame a bit or damage the firing pin.
You can buy a new hammer/firing pin for a couple of dollars. Or.... You might
be able to peen the existing piece so that it is a tad longer.
As crude as it is, mine has always worked. I have not heard about any blowing
up.
The barrels are held in place by small pins. You can replace them easily enough; that might tighten it up.

........Russian rounds in a single or double shot firearm. They're made for Saiga shotguns where a sturdy extracter is going to rip it out of the chamber. The steel cases expand too much for single or double barrels. I found all this out the same way you did with two different firearms. Stick with plastic hulls.
