Sorry for the dumb question but I hate to just start removing screws until they come off.

I crack all the screws loose first..not removing any completely.
The 2 backstrap screws and the one to the triggerguard. that is..
Back 'em out a turn or two in sequence...
Be advised the mainspring puts tension on all them pieces, so when getting
close to the end, have a good grip on the grip..
Conversely, when reassembling, be prepared to do some real squeezing to get them started back.
Do it once, you'll figger it out...

Razor, I assume you mean the two screws on either side of the hammer and the one on the butt end of the grips?
