I'm thinking of starting blackpowder shooting and was looking at going with a reproduction Civil War 1862 Springfield three band rifle.
Are there any good reproduction makers out there that anyone would recommend ?

I'm pretty sure that Pedersoli makes them. I do know that Pedersoli's quality is generally very good, but I just don't know what models they produce.

Armi Sport and Euroarms both make 61 Springfields and 53 Enfields.

The trouble with the reproduction Enfields is that they're patterend after the post-war Enfields (wrong barrel bands) and take some work to make them appear like Civil War guns. This is an issue with the shooters in the N-SSA or with reenactors who strive for authenticity. As a shooter, I don't care and am happy to put bullets down range.

Only difference between the bands on my Armi Sport and original dated 1861 is the screws. Not that much noticeable difference.
