anyone have any experience with the 338 lapua in the remington 700 police, is it as accurate as the armalite version?

That's a standard Brit sniper round and there was a fantastic bit of shooting recently by one of their snipers in Afghanistan !!

That's a pretty uncommon round right now, but I think it is starting to gain some popularty especially with the long range sniper folks.

My uncle has one and loves it. He does his own hand loads. Very little recoil. Looks nice. MK
