Is there any where you can get quality 3/4" rings now a days??????I have a 4x redfield scope..3/4" tube...that I want to mount on my BL22. I checked midway and my area gun shops....no luck in finding them so far..
Thanks

I used to see them advertised for air rifles. Air rifle scopes are frequently 3/4".

there are plenty of companies that make 3/4" rings for a 3/8's dovetail. A quick search shows that BSA provides them with their 3/4 inch scopes.

These might be the rings: http://www.e-gunparts.com/product.asp?chrProductSKU=1173460

But, if they are, they won't work unless it's tapped for Redfield bases.

LaserSpot....forgive me of my ignorance...how do we know that these rings mount on bases. My BL22 has the grooves on top of the reciever and I do not want to drill a tap....

Thanks

how do we know that these rings mount on bases

It says JR/SR in the description, that tells me that they use the Redfield-style mounting system. This is a rotary dovetail on the front, and windage adjustable screws at the rear. This system always requires a 1-piece or 2-piece base to fit the rifle.

You won't be able to use Redfield rings, but you're smart to look for quality rings. The cheap extruded aluminum ones are so flimsy that the scope will slide along the groove when you shoot it.

Hope Pahoo has something

These might work if Pahoo can't find them: http://cgi.ebay.com/SET-OF-2-NEW-SCOPE-RINGS-FOR-22-SCOPE-3-4-INCHES_W0QQitemZ350309419557QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0
