I called Remington twice to confirm that the order number for a Monte Carlo (High Gloss) stock for a 870 Wingmaster is correct.

About two weeks since my order, I received my stock today.

Looks like a nice monte carlo stock, except it's neither high gloss nor for my 870 Wingmaster :(.

Has this happened to anyone here?

The shipping clerk probably picked it out of the bins based on SKU #, Product #, or Bin # instead of using the text description of item.
