Bullet proof, no. Bullet resistant, yes. As stated depends where you live. Just curious as to why you want a vest? Mine is bulky HOT and can be seen under your outer garments. I have one because of my job.

idk i thought it might be illegal cause it would be harder for cops to stop a threat. im just curious about them. i dont see why i would need one if i know im going to be in a situation where im going to be shot at instead of grabing my gun and throwing on a vest im going to avoid the situation.
