Here is a converstion that I recently had with a RCBS customer rep via email....

I bought a set of RCBS "Reloader Special Full length die set"(Product
#14841)in .30-06 Caliber used. The decapping pin was absent so i
purchased a bag of large decapping pins(product #09609) to remedy the
problem. However when I try to install the new decapping pins in the
decapping rod they fall out. Am I doing something wrong or do I need
different decapping pins? If so what is the product number and where can
I find them. Thank you for your help and time.

And their response....
Jason, you needed a different style of pins. They are what we call
"headed" pins. I will send you a 5 pack at no cost. Happy
Thanksgiving. (you may check at your local dealer, they are part number
90164). Go Steelers.

This is the type of customer service that will keep me buying RCBS products, regardless of cost. All manufactures could learn a thing or two from RCBS.

I too am a loyal RCBS fan. When I first started loading I had a stuck case in a .308 fl die. I sent it to RCBS b/c I had no idea how to fix it. I had a new set within a week. They solved a poblem that was obviously my fault. Great company, honorable people. They ate a $10.00 die to accomadate my ignorace. They now have my business and therefore hundreds of dollars of my future money. Other companies should take heed of organizations like RCBS and Leupold.
