I'm considering getting some Crimson Trace grips for my 1911 Colt "New Agent" .45 ACP...
Any comments on the difference between the softer rubber grips as opposed to the harder carbon fiber grips?
Any other general comments on Crimson Trace would be appreciated...
Pictures?
Thank you in advance..

The carbon fiber ones are tres cool...and you can get them for as little as $199 delivered.

I just ordered a pair of the carbon fiber grips. $189 on VOIsales.com . The order got cancled though and I am now thinking of ordering the rubber ones instead. I'll have to pay about 60 more dollars for the rubber ones but I think I would like those better. When I originally placed the order I thought the carbon fiber ones were rubber too, then I realized they were hard polymer.
Has anyone had a chance to feel both? I'm getting them for a 1911.
