Have one like it a lot.
What are your opinions?

I had one -- which I traded away. It was a tack driver. Nice gun. Can use S&W Model 59 mags (as DaeWoo mags are hard to find) with a little extra length showing. I think I'd pay extra to get that particular gun back.

I have a DH-40 now, which is basically the same gun in .40. A nice gun.

Look and feel like a S&W made by SIG... nicely finished. Durable. Parts may be a bit hard to find... but parts are seldom needed.

I like the unique tri-action trigger: 1) hammer down, DA, 2) Cocked and locked SA, 3) Cock the hammer, push it down, pull the trigger to a staged cocked mode. The safety can be used in any of the three modes.

The 3) option gives you most of the advantages of cocked and locked, but starting from hammer down.

I've had mine since '92 and it hasn't skipped a beat. Even my wife likes to shoot it.

I can't tell you how long I've been looking for a DH-40 in gun stores
