I had MAC at www.shootiniron.com coat my Wittnes and I can't be more pleased. He is a very honest and nice person to deal with.. I kept me in the loop during the coating.
What really surprised me about his service other than the stellar coating they also included removal of the old plated finish, full dis/reassembly, all details, two mags, the new nickel plate on the frame and our TG-1 finish in Black on all other metal parts except for a few pins and springs. Details include polishing the feed ramps and chamber, hand lapping the slide to match the frame, burnishing a few pivot points to help it run smoothly, etc. It's a complete job..inside and out.

The nothcy trigger pull is totally gone, I mean ZERO, ZILCH NADA, NIKS just a silky smooth trigger pull. I would highly recommend him, and I will be using his service on my (soon to be had) RIA Tactical .45

On a side note, I did the ULTRA HIGH TECH model paint sight job. I'll be adding some Omega grips too.

Thanks, the pic don't do it justice. And the before and after trigger feel is like night and day.... for the better.

Mac has refinished all of my pistols but one and my .308 rifle's action and stock. Hard to find a better person to deal with or a better craftsman. Truly a professional and a gentleman. His Tufgun finish is the best I've had up to and including hard chroming (personal taste). Many thousands of rounds out of my range queen (1911) and barely any discernible holster wear. His application cannot be matched by the spray & bake method and turn around time and price is hard to beat. I highly recommend him.
