What does California Law have to say about a 12 ga butt stock configured with a pistol grip and extended tube magizine (8 shot) with an 18.5" barrel?

You can put a pistol grip on your shotgun in California last I heard.

I was under the impression that Californistan had no issues with a manual gun such as a 870 pump but put the pistolgrip and more than 5 round tube on a semi auto then you have serious issues with state law. I have not been there in 6 years and have not followed the law so checking the Cali statutes is a real "GOOD" idea. :D
