I am looking for some info on this hunting rifle. I haven't found any info so I am hoping you guys can give me the answers. First off, this is the .22/.410 guage model. I cannot find the serial number on it, so I was hoping someone could tell me where they hid it. Once I find the serial number I was hoping on finding out how old it was and what its value might be. The only thing I do know is that the gun is at least 25-30 years old. Anybody know where I can finds the answers to these questions? Thanks!

P.S. :D Yes, I did use the search and no, there were no matches.:D

I believe they made the 24S between '64 and '71. I've heard that some of them had serial numbers on the inside of the receiver, but serial numbers were not required prior to the passage of the '68 gun law.

I don't have a Blue Book here, but there are probably some for sale on gunsamerica.com or gunbroker.
