Ithaca did go out of business (again) last November or December. Anything you find will be used or remaining new stock. There'll obviously be no warranty offered as the company was dissolved and everything sold off. I have one of their over/unders from about 25 years ago. Neat little gun. Shame they couldn't make it against the big boys.

Stiofan,
The Ithaca name is back. Another company bought it and moved out to Ohio under the name Ithaca Guns USA. Here's their web site http://www.ithacagunsusa.com/

AMT8951,
I don't believe they are out for sale yet, but on their contact page, http://www.ithacagunsusa.com/contact.html, they say for a new gun or parts to call (419) 294-4113.

Well that's certainly good news. I was checking the closing out in February and there was no mention of anyone buying the name at that time that I could find.
