Badger Ordnance Rings

Does anyone know where I can get a set of Badger Ordnance standard height 0.823’’, 30mm rings P/N 306-08? Everyone seems to be out and in all cases, no backorder. SWFA & Brownells says it's do to a military contract.

Are the Leupold Mark 4 Tactical (http://www.leupold.com/products/tactical_products/mounts_tactical.htm) rings as good or what does everyone recommend? They're for a Leupold 10x40 fixed.

Nightforce Rings

Very similar to the Badger Ordnance. Shortest are about 1/16 inches higher than the Badgers you are looking for. SWFA used to carry them and I'm sure Bear Basin handles them as well.
