Prichard, if you brought the gun to my shop, the pin would run $9.54 plus tax if you're a KY resident and about $10 to install. Prices will vary from shop to shop some guys have minimum labor charges, usually 1 hr labor at whatever their rate is. But, maybe that will give you an idea anyway. George

What's that little 'firing pin retaining pin' called that holds the firing pin into the bolt, and what can I expect to pay for a replacement? That's not including labor, as I already know how to replace it. (I'm currently using (don't laugh)...a small nail.)

Boing, I'm not laughing. That's one of the more sane "replacement" parts that I've seen. The firing pin retaining pin is $1.88. Brownell's sells it. (515) 623-5400. George
